Greetings US Mission Network Friend,

Rejoice! Emanuel-God is with us!

“Do not be afraid. I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people. Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is Christ the Lord.” Luke 2:10–11 NIV

As we prepare to celebrate the birth of our King and 2018 comes to a close, we want to thank you for everything you do to help lift up the mission and purpose of the Young Men’s Christian Associations across America.

You are likely aware that we are in a current leadership transition at the US Mission Network. Our Board and Ministry Team are working together and earnestly seeking the Lord’s plan for our future.

Therefore, we invite you to join us in three days of fasting and prayer: Jan. 7, 8 and 9. We are very excited about the future—and it is our prayer that we discern the Lord’s will for the US Mission Network and that we fulfill our God-given potential. It is our desire to equip and encourage YMCAs in promoting the YMCA mission and purpose—the cause of Jesus Christ in the Y movement.

“See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the desert and streams in the wasteland.” Isaiah 43:19 NIV

We are grateful for your passion for serving others and so appreciate your prayers for His will to be done in the Y movement. May you each find a rich and deepening relationship with your Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ! We look forward to serving with you in 2019.

Merry Christmas,
